Pibbles4HOPE (Homeless Outreach Program & Education) is a Non Profit Organization Dedicated to Helping Homeless Animals Pibbles4HOPE was created in December 2017. With years of doing rescue, seeing the extreme need for assistance to our homeless and low-income pet owners our official organization was registered in Virginia. Our Mission is to help our homeless and low-income owners meet the needs for their pets. Pibbles4HOPE provides vetting assistance, neuter/spay assistance, nutritious food, blankets, pet beds, leashes, collars and harnesses, toys, pet clothes, and other critical supplies. These items help keep pets of the homeless and low-income healthy and happy. This allows them to stay with their loving human companions rather than being relinquished to overpopulated shelters. No homeless or low-in-come person should have their pets taken away because they can’t afford the necessary supplies for their pets’ survival. No pets should go hungry, be uncomfortable, or suffer. That is what Pibbles4HOPE is working hard to alleviate, reaching out on a regular basis to areas within our community with high homelessness rates. We have a lifelong love of animals and feel strongly that they must not be allowed to suffer. We have seen that, though there are many services and programs available to homeless people, their animals do not have the same opportunities, and they have no voice. We are committed to providing that voice for them. Our organization functions solely on volunteers and donations from generous people like you, and we want you to know that every dollar donated goes directly towards the care of animals.
